Customs, import duties or COD?
If the delivery address is in the UK or the European Union you won't be charged any customs duties or import charges. Our international customers outside of these countries should be aware that the prices on our website do not include any customs charges. All our items are delivered duties unpaid. The exact duties will vary depending on the country and on certain occasions you may have to cover these additional costs when you receive your order.
Returns:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. If you need to return an item, see below step by step information to do so.
- Contact our customer service team who will send you a returns form.
- Repackage your goods in their original packaging, including the form we have supplied you with.
- Return package in post to us to complete the process.
NB: We recommend you use a courier service with tracking, so you can see your package’s progress. Please note: We do not accept returns or refund purchases for customised or custom sized items.
