Returns:

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.  If you need to return an item, see below step by step information to do so.

 

  • Contact our customer service team who will send you a returns form.
  • Repackage your goods in their original packaging, including the form we have supplied you with.
  • Return package in post to us to complete the process.

    • NB: We recommend you use a courier service with tracking, so you can see your package’s progress. Please note: We do not accept returns or refund purchases for customised or custom sized items.
